Thank you for your interest in being a student employee in the Carolyn P. Brown Memorial University Center.  The University Center provides the campus community with a gathering place for social, recreational, cultural, and educational pursuits.  Throughout the University Center, you will find evidence of commitment to quality and support for extra-curricular life on campus.  We expect a great deal of our Student Assistants, but at the same time the University Center Staff makes every attempt to make student’s employment and academic endeavors a positive experience.

Approximately 40 students are employed by the University Center, either directly or indirectly through a Federal Work Study award. Typically students work 10-20 hours per week, depending on availability.
